A small team of CX operators, designers and ML engineers building the agent we wished existed.
We started Canary after a year of watching the same story: companies bought into the AI customer-support pitch, deployed something off-the-shelf, then quietly turned it off when customers started complaining. Sometimes louder than that.
The thing missing was rarely the model. It was everything around the model — the brand voice, the operator workflow, the analytics, the guardrails, the boring integration work. The parts that turn a clever demo into a product real teams trust.
So we built that. Canary is the result. A small, opinionated platform for shipping a branded support agent — fast, but never at the expense of the brand.

Four principles, written on the wall.
Customers first, models second
The agent is a means, not the product. We measure ourselves on resolved conversations and customer trust, not benchmark scores.
Source-cited or silent
If we cannot point to a passage you wrote, we will not make one up. Refusal is a feature, not a failure mode.
Brand-faithful by default
Voice is not an afterthought. The agent is talking on your behalf — it should sound like a person who works there.
Operator-grade tooling
We build for the people who actually run support. Every analytics view exists because an operator asked for it.
